The Life Cycle Phases
- Requirement Gathering : – A phase of gathering all requirements from the clients/business requirements.
- Analysis: – Identifying the gathered requirement in properly way to determine the feasibility of the requirements and gather all the necessary information to plan, design, develop the requirement,
- Planning : – Crate a plan how to execute the development progress
- Designing : – Setting different work flows , delivery , information technology, and system architecture.
- Development/Implementation : – A phase mainly discussing about real development process of a product.
- Testing/Integration : – Testing phase of the development part of the product against the stated requirement.
- Maintenance: – Upgrade or fix issue reported
